Social Networks
The GGT UDRH helps students on clincial placement in the Greater Green Triangle region network socially with other students on placement, and other professionals working in the region, by linking them into a 'Young Professionals Network'.
- The Mt Gambier YPN provides a great opportunity for students on placement and newly-recruited professionals to meet others in the region and develop friendships and a sense of community. Social 'get-togethers' such as local race days, dinners and BBQs, meets at local pubs, winery tours and social sports are regularly scheduled. During your placement, information on YPN activities in Mt Gambier will be forwarded to you via email.
- Raising Dust Inc is an initiative aimed at helping young people living and working in the Wimmera and rural western Victoria to network through a range of forums, such as charity balls, local pub meets, workshops and seminars.
