Other Student Support Services
The GGT UDRH offers a range of other services, including networking and orientation opportunities, as well as 24/7 access to information technology facilities, that help support students undertaking clinical or research placments in the Greater Green Triangle region. We also have our own Facebook page where you can learn about social and local networking activities, be enlightened of local events, training sessions and generally broaden your access to a range of local opportunities within our rural area.
- Social Networking Opportunities: Students can network socially with students from other health professional disciplines, and other professions, through participation in regional 'Young Professional Networks'.
- Orientation Tours: Students can participate in orientation tours of their host towns through local organisations. Orientation tours help students familiarise themselves with a town's layout and the availability of facilties and services.
- Student Learning Centres (SLCs): Students have 24/7 access to computers, the internet, printing, phone, photocopying and fax facilities in our SLCs located within our Mt Gambier, Hamilton and Warrnambool Offices.

Student Rural Health Clubs (RHCs): Students can access a range of resources and tools to assist them with placement opportunities via RHCs. These clubs have a multi-disciplinary approach and promote rural and remote practice through social nights, events and other means.
