This facility has multiple bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed, bedside table and wardrobe. Bedrooms are also equipped with a clock radio, bedside light and heater. The bedrooms can be securely locked.

Full kitchen facilities are available, including a stove, fridge and microwave. Kitchens are equipped with basic crockery, cutlery, glassware and cookware. There is a communal lounge, and shared bathroom and laundry facilities. The laundry contains an iron and ironing board.

Students staying at this house also have access to a communal study area with computers, free internet, printer and telephone facilities (local calls only).

Undercover car parking is available next to the staff residence area.
