This is a five-bedroom facility, each furnished with a double bed, bedside table and wardrobe. Bedrooms are also equipped with a clock radio, bedside light and heater. The bedrooms can be securely locked.
Full kitchen facilities are available, including a stove, fridge and microwave. Kitchens are equipped with basic crockery, cutlery, glassware and cookware. There is a communal lounge, bathroom and laundry facilities. The laundry also contains an iron and ironing board.

Car parking is outside the accommodation complex (enter off the Mt Gambier Road).
