This house has three bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed, bedside table and wardrobe. Bedrooms are also equipped with a clock radio, bedside light and heater. The bedrooms can be securely locked.

Full kitchen facilities are available, including a stove, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. Kitchens are equipped with basic crockery, cutlery, glassware and cookware. There is a separate communal living area and shared bathroom and laundry facilities. The laundry contains an iron and ironing board.

Students staying at this house also have 24/7 access to the Hamilton Student Learning Centre (SLC).

Car parking for three cars is available in the driveway and on the street in front of the house.
