This flat has two bedrooms, furnished with a bed, bedside table and wardrobe. One bedroom has a double bed, and the other a single bed. Bedrooms are also equipped with a clock radio, bedside light and heater. The bedrooms can be securely locked.

Full kitchen facilities are available, including a stove, fridge and microwave. Kitchens are equipped with basic crockery, cutlery, glassware and cookware. There is a communal open living area and bathroom facilities. There is a trough for handwashing but no washing machine available. 

Students staying at the flat also have 24/7 access to four computers, internet, printing and telephone (local calls only) facilities at the Edenhope & District Memorial Hospital. Students can also arrange access to photocopying and fax facilities via hospital staff.

Car parking is available for two cars in front of the flat.
