Evidence-based Best Practice Model Clinical Pathways for People with Co-morbid Depression and Coronary Heart Disease
This report was prepared for the National Heart Foundation of Australia by Professor James Dunbar and Dr Prasuna Reddy. It reviews relevant literature; presents the results of a pilot study undertaken in the GGT region and makes recommendations for constructing an effective clinical pathway for the treatment of depression in coronary heart disease patients.
