Researcher Development Program (RDP)
The GGT UDRH appointed a number of novice to mid-career range researchers as Research Assistants under the Research Development Program (RDP) between 2005 and 2011. Position holders worked on existing research projects within the GGT UDRH and/or on research work they initiated that fit within the GGT UDRH's main research foci. Their research capacity was developed through mentorship, regular education and training programs and a 'hands on' approach to participation in research programs.
